Keep in mind, the fees mentioned above are average. Approximately, 70% of patients have full or partial insurance benefits for the treatment of infertility.
In Vitro Fertilization utilizing a Donor and / or a Recipient (Carrier) is rapidly becoming accepted as a cost effective treatment for infertility. We have a two cycle and four cycle IVF Shared Risk program for qualified patients.
Dr. Muasher participates with most insurance companies, but not all. Our business office staff will be happy to assist you in verifying your coverage. It is strongly recommended for patients to contact their insurance company regarding benefits for these services as well.
